Did anyone else not receive their ordered product?

I ordered a phone from "Lureshark" on 3/24/24 and it is now 4/17/24. Almost 1 month later and I still have NOT received the phone! I've tried going back to their website that I ordered from and now it's no longer available! I have emailed them several times with no response. when I tried tracking it again today, to my surprise it said it was delivered! Which unfortunately it HAS NOT! 

What do I do?  I'm so upset and frustrated! I'm really getting a bad feeling like I've been scammed! Can anyone help me please?

Thanks for bringing your concern to the Community.

It sounds like this individual had no intention of selling you the phone. If a store is no longer active, it generally means it was flagged and removed by our team.

Moving forward the best thing to do is contact your bank. They will be able to pull the funds from the individuals payment provider and return you the funds.

I also got scammed by the same lureshark. Unfortunately it looks like we are not getting our money back. I was thinking since it was a verified purchase through Shopify it would be safe, but apparently it’s not.

I have been scammed from them also! I want a refund and they should be pulled from Shop Pay!
