Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks as though initially the order was not processed. You can view this where the red dot indicates an error message in the Order timeline at 9:27PM.
However, when looking through the order timeline between 9:27PM—9:30PM, the order looks to have been processed, and an order confirmation email was sent to the customer. You can check that the order went through by going to your Shopify admin > Orders section. In the Orders section, you will see a list of all the orders placed on your store. The most recent orders will be displayed at the top. Scroll through the list to find the specific order you are looking for.
