Different Shipping Confirmation Emails

Hey all,

Looking to create multiple shipping confirmation emails. For example, we offer free local delivery, we offer Special delivery days out of region and we offer courier service. I am wondering if there is a way to create 3 different “Your Order has Shipped”  email templates that we can send either automatically  (based on shipping method) or manually when the orders are fulfilled? Idea is that the emails will have different pertinent information depending on what option they chose.

Hello, Did you ever figure out a solution for this? I'm assuming it can be done with a paid app, but I'd like to avoid that.

I'm also struggling with this. We offer tracked and signed for international but just First Class Signed For in respect of UK orders. The confirmation email we send says 'Track Your Order Here' when for the majority of customers they aren't able to track it at all so it's understandably annoying them. Just want to have one for International and a different one for the UK. Help!
