Different Shipping for products depending stock

Hello my name is Max,

I need help in the shipping section, I need a product to have two shipping methods, depending on its stock.

Product X (1 or more on stock) - Shipping 24 hours.
Product X (0 on stock) - Shipping 7/10 days.

I have spoken with shopify and they have not given me a solution, I would like to know if someone has had the same problem and if you have been able to solve it with an application or in another way.
