If this is the case, with Shopify Balance you can set up direct deposit with any other third parties in the US ACH network. If you're having issues with receiving the funds for your direct deposit, are you perhaps seeing any error messages within your Balance Transfer Funds page in your Shopify admin?
If you can see an error message on your end, our Live Support team can take a closer look at the error message and provide next steps. Most issues with transfers will also need to be escalated to our Shopify Payments team, as they're best equipped to handle account-specific matters like these. But our Live Support team can get in touch with our Shopify Payments team on your behalf, if an escalation is needed.
