Is this possible? For some reason when a customer would buy enough products to qualify for free shipping it still shows the other paid rates underneath the free shipping option. I would have assumed these would be hidden? Thanks

Hi @Fink ,
If you've set up separate conditions to offer both Free Shipping and Express Shipping, both options will be available to the customer.
Shopify will present Free Shipping as the primary choice for the buyer to use, and the buyer can also select Express Shipping for an additional cost if they prefer.
However, if your business requires a different approach, you may need to configure your shipping conditions so that both shipping options cannot be applied simultaneously.
For example:
- For orders totaling $0 to $100: $10 for shipping.
- For orders above $100: Free Shipping.
This setup ensures that when Free Shipping is available, the other option will not be displayed.
This should be possible with our app ShipMagic, to conditionally hide shipping rates.

Thanks Mirdas, your 2nd answer worked perfectly.
