Disable Shopify Payments, but "Manage" is disabled

I like to disable Shopify Payments, but the "Manage" Button is disabled. Ideas anyone?

To manage the payments section of your admin, you must have the permission settings to do so. Are you the account owner of this store?

I am experiencing the same issue, I have collaborator access from my client who asked me to help remove apple pay and google payment options from his store.

• Im having this same issue as we speak and I can’t add a bank account nor manage the payments. I’m also the owner of the store.

If the option to manage the payment gateways is not available please make sure you are signed in as the account owner or have been granted permissions to your account from the account owner to do so. If that is not working then the account owner will need to contact our authenticated support for additional troubleshooting on this matter.
