Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I disabled test mode and had a real transaction coming, at first it says it was unable to process a payment but then it was quickly followed by saying it was processed..
So does it mean it is ok?
can anyone help

I'd be glad to assist you with this today. Based on the screenshot, it looks like the payment has successfully gone through. This is because in the order timeline, the most recent changes can be found at the top of the timeline, usually accompanied by a timestamp to confirm.
I cannot see the timestamps in your screenshot, but to be absolutely sure you can expand the little arrow you see in your screenshot to provide more details about the transaction. Furthermore, since this transaction was processed using Shop Pay you can see updated information in the scheduled payout.
With that being said, if the timestamp for the failed transaction and successful one are the same, or very near, leaving room for doubt then I invite you to connect with our 24/7 Support team directly. This way we can authenticate and access your account to provide a definite answer and confirmation.
