Discordance for the shipping location

Hello! 
The aliexpress supplier for my Neon Lamp offers shipping in Mexico and my store offers shipping Worldwide (including Mexico).

Thing is, when my client in Mexico attempts to order this specific product, this error message pops up: 

One or more items you added don’t ship to your location. Remove them to check out, or contact the store.

I double checked with the supplier - who confirms shipping to the country. I tested other products from my site and shipping to Mexico seems to work. It is specifically this product that does not allow shipping. 

How to resolve this bug?
