Discount Code box is not showing up on mobile phones

Hi there, 

We have a discount code in use that works great on the computer but is not showing up at the checkout page on mobile devices.  I can not find anywhere to fix this?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I am having the same issue where a code can be entered via desktop totally fine, but customers on mobile cannot. It is saying the code is not valid.

I have same issue, did you fix it?

We found that we were using an App Selly that if it automatically generated
a discount code, then our customers were only able to enter gift card
codes, not discount codes.
