Discount Code Not Working with All Product or Specific Collection

Hello, 

We have first-time started our store on Shopify. We are new to it. We have created a couple of discount codes inside the discount section. These codes are not working. 

Code Option 1

Enter the code and get a 5% discount - we choose all products, duration 2 days. All customers. no limit. 

The discount is not applying. We turned off all automatic discounts. Still not working. We choose at least 75 collections but still the discount not working. 

Only one option is working i.e. autometic disount on first purchse. 5%

Please help us in resolving This issue.
