Discount Codes Used, Orders Not Showing Up

Hi,

A discount code was used 10 times, but no order shows up on my end. In the past, all the times it says a discount code was used it equaled the amount of orders made. There isn't anything in my drafts or abandoned checkouts. Someone from live support did a "test" purchase using the discount code, and a few hours later the amount of uses of that same discount code went up to 11. I'm scared that 10 ppl have purchased a livestream I am selling and its not showing up on my end. Can you please help? I am currently selling this and this starts end of this week.
