Display Different Prices Depending On The Selected Payment Method?

Hi 

How do I add % of the total cart as fees on certain types of payments?

Example,

For customers using bank deposit - they will be charged no fees. 

For customers paying with card - they will be charged a transaction fee of 5%

For customers using installment payment option - they will be charged a transaction fee of 5% 

Can this be done?

I will be grateful to everyone who takes their time and helps me out!
