Hi all, I received the message below and I am struggling to find the solution for the problem. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hey, 

I have a error on my account saying that some of the information you provided for Shopify Payments couldn't be verified. Please contact support to complete the verification.
I was asked to add more details as my country was changing some policy. Was asked  to give a drivers license and a documentation of a bill and now this is showing up...

Can anyone help me out?

Hi @santiques,

Did this error message appear after you uploaded the documents that were requested? Have more instructions been provided, or do you just see a message stating that the information provided cannot be verified?

Hey Victor,

The error appeared a day after I uploaded the documents that were requested
and now it just says the error " Some of the information you provided for
Shopify Payments couldn't be verified. Please contact support to complete
the verification."
