Does CJ Dropshipping handle all shipping methods automatically?

I listed products from CJ drop shipping and I added the shipping prices I saw from CJ to my prices so I could offer free shipping but when I check out it asks for different type of shipping methods? I thought cj handled all that ? If I remove the prices what will happen? Does cj deliver automatically
