Does ineligible Shop Pay items mean no payment received?

so shopify has notified me that the items i am running through shop pay arent eligible, i was curious does that mean i havent been paid for them? i never seen the payments come through my account. this may be a silling question but the products have all went out so its a little concerning. thank you for the help.

Thank you for posting, I can definitely look into this with you. Could you tell me a bit more about being notified that your products aren't eligible for Shop Pay? Was it only with regards to Shop Pay (which is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information), or for Shopify Payments as a whole (which is Shopify's payment processor)? There are certain requirements that your business and products need to meet in order to be eligible for Shopify Payments. If you received an email from our team, there is likely more information in there about your specific case.
