Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am running a store for USA & Canada market from India. Recently when somebody from India was trying to buy the product for his relative who lives in USA, his indian credit card is not being accepted.
Do shopify accepts the payment coming from the Indian CC.

Could you let us know which payment gateway was being used to make this order that lead to this issue?
It would depend on the payment gateway being used, but most credit card gateways will accept payments from all major cards regardless of where they're coming from.
You can also check the order timeline for this order to see if there is any info there relating to why this payment might not have gone though.
Would you have any other info from the customer about why their purchase was not possible such as an error code or notification when trying to pay?
Finally, I'd also check your shipping zones to ensure that you're able to process orders for overseas, in case that is a potential root cause of the issue.

I would next advise you to contact the gateway provider Stripe for more info on this specific error.
You mentioned adding some images here, but they do not appear to have been attached if you wish to try to send them again.
Finally, for now, I'd take a look to see if there is an abandoned checkout relating to this attempted order to see if there might be some info there on why it was not possible.

I contacted the Stripe team & please find below the response
"Your account still is not connected to Shopify which is likely why you are getting the error if you are taking a payment with them. In addition, the screenshot you provided does not give me much context at all. If the payment isn't coming through to Stripe then that is an issue with Shopify as they send the request to us, without any access to the decline I cannot offer guidance on why this is happening. Since the payment isn't coming through to Stripes gateway this would be an issue with Shopify as they are responsible for sending this request."
