Hi there,
So this is happening with our labels printed from Shopify - a double company name on the return address and a double/weird printing on the customer's name. Only with UPS.
I've gone in and looked at the shipping settings and can't find anywhere I can adjust these fields.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? It looks horribly unprofessional.

Double return and recipient address
I also have this same problem. The company name shows up twice on the return address and the customer name shows up twice on the TO address. Please help.
Im having the same issue. It has to be a coding problem that no one wants to take the time to look into.
