Shopify still applies double shipping cost for orders containing items from more than one location. A user should be able to choose if the shipping cost is multiplied for each location or if a fixed fee is applied anyway. I have contacted Shopify several times within a year and was promised a solution soon but to date nothing. This issue causes loss of conversions to many users so please Shopify fix it.
Hi any solution to this @Shopify i have the same issue and am getting more and more frustrated with the lack of support in this- any suggestions?
