doubt regarding plan and payments

Hey, i recently bought the starter plan for 20 rupees for the first month.We know that for all plans it is 20 rupees for the first month.Now, i want to upgrade my plan,so my question is would i have to pay 20 rupees again for a new plan or can i upgrade my plan without paying again as i have already paid 20 rupees once.

Great question. When you pay for a monthly bill, you are effectively paying for 30 days usage. So if you upgrade your plan before the next bill cycle, you will be charged the new plan cost. Not your old plan and new plan. - Dirk

So if for the first month all my plans cost ₹20 then if i upgrade my plan i
wouldn’t have to pay any money right?

If you upgrade your plan you will pay the cost of the upgraded plan going forward.

Example: Your current plan costs ₹20. The next bill date is on May 14th. On May 12th you upgrade to a plan that costs ₹40. Your new cost going forward will be ₹40 every month.

But my question is specific that is for the first month all plans were of
₹20 i.e for the first month.Currently i have the starter plan for ₹20 but
now i want to upgrade to basic plan which also was of ₹20 for the first
month.So my question is will i have to play ₹20 again for upgrading from
starter plan to basic or will it be for free as i had already paid ₹20 for
starter plan.

Hey, @ssparekh 

Changing the plan won't take away the first month offer you are using. It just means at the end of the first month you will then be paying the cost of the basic plan.

One thing to note is if you change out of starter plan you can't go back, as we can't downgrade to starter. Something to keep in mind as you decide on the plan that's right for your business needs.
