Dymo 4xl label printing horizontal.

Hello,

I just recently purchased a Dymo 4xl shipping label printer, and just went to print my first label. However the orientation is landscape and portrait is what i need it.

I am trying to print directly from my shopify "orders" page.

I attached a screen shot of what i am looking at, and I use Chrome as my browser on a Mac.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wow. This was the longest set up ever and I cried twice. But I figured it out. After you buy the shipping label, change the print options in the top right section. I’ll attach a picture. Customer support couldn’t even help me so I’m more than happy to share. Hope this finds you well!

I'm using a ZP450 from UPS. I'm not given an option for page setup before it generates the label. Can't find how to print portrait instead of landscape.
