Dynamic Check Out Buttons Are Not Working

2 Issues. 1) Dynamic checkout buttons error out on product page. 2) Dynamic checkout buttons not showing on checkout page. Dynamic checkout buttons are missing from checkout page and the buttons error out on the product page, so unusable all around.

 Is this a theme error or shopify error? i checked the forms and seems to be common, but I have dynamic checkout options enabled in payments and theme. paypal works in the cart, but not from the product page
