Editing Seller Address on a Shipping Label

I prefer to abbreviate my business/shop name in the return address portion of my shipping labels, but when buying labels on Shopify, it defaults to the store name. 
I can't seem to find a place to edit this information at all and previous posts don't address a full solution. I have no shipping origins area in settings.

Posting because I am also looking for a solution about this.  One of our clients has the word 'diamond' in their store name and would prefer to abbreviate it to 'D' on the shipping label return address because packages with the world 'diamond' or 'jewelry' on it are more often stolen in transit.
