Email notification to customer for tracking

Is there a way to customize the fulfillment notification emails possibly with a template?  if so where do I find that in the Shopify Account.

You could access this section by navigating to Setting > Notifications, scrolling down, and looking for Shipping update. You'll want to click on that field where you can edit the email template.
