Email summaries of order and fulfillment volume

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to setup a daily email alert that simply tells me my total number of orders yesterday and the total number of fulfillments yesterday. I don't see a way to do this in Flow because it's limited to 100 orders max. And I don't see a way to email out the analytics dashboard. Any advice would be appreciated!

Stuff like this should be free. No offense, but the app community in Shopify just takes advantage of small business owners that can't code themselves. Offering to do something basic like this with a monthly fee is wrong. It costs you nothing to have such a report running.

I can certainly understand your preference that this be free. But it's not at all free for us to maintain our infrastructure and team for our automation platform. If app teams couldn't make a living, there wouldn't be any apps.
