Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I am encountering while attempting to create shipping labels via Shopify. Upon attempting to access the shipping service section, I consistently encounter an error message (refer to the attached screenshot) Also for some reason the Buy shipping label section is in USD?
Given the pressing nature of our situation, with a substantial number of orders awaiting fulfillment, it is imperative that we resolve this issue promptly to ensure operational efficiency. Your swift attention and assistance in rectifying this matter would be immensely appreciated.
