Error in payment

Hello 

I finished making my store, and added and tested the payment method. I wanted to make sure that the store is working just fine. I tried to purchase a product and I proceeded to payment and this message appeared ' This store can’t accept real orders or real payments.' 

I attached files to help you explain to me solving this error.

@Pelumi i also got the same problem and that guy is using stripe like i do and idk what to do you know how to fix it?

Hello, @Zaalmoha .

Based on your screenshots, I can see that you have an active payment method added and it appears as though "test mode" is NOT enabled. These would be the 2 things I would be checking firstly! Can you please try each of the following local troubleshooting steps to see if this helps with the issue?

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.  
  • Try on another web browser or an incognito window.   
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.    
  • Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)  
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.   
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device

If this problem persists even after all of these steps, then it would be best to reach out to our live support team. They will be able to access your account and are best placed to investigate this for you.
