Our customers keep getting the error message that Shopify does not ship to the United States we have done all the steps to fix it on your page.
What else can be done to resolve this issue?

Customers getting errors during the checkout process is definitely not good, and I'm happy to help you get to the bottom of this. Generally when a shipping destination is not available in the checkout, that means that there are no shipping rates set up for the destination in question. Can you please head over to the Settings > Shipping section of your admin and ensure that you have a shipping zone set up for the United States, and that the zone has shipping rates added to it? If you find that there are no rates set up for the United States, I suggest checking out our documentation on setting up shipping zones, and adding shipping rates to your shipping zones.
If the above doesn't seem to be the issue, and you already have shipping rates set up for the United States, then could you please reply to this post to let me know and share a screenshot showing the error message in question? I'll be happy to further assist once I have some more information on the issue.
