Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
When I try to buy things from my own store, it says that there is error at checkout. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and whether its my fault or Hitpay's? Thank you.
Hi @kevinkim,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'd be happy to provide some guidance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved.
As HitPay is considered to be a third-party payment provider, the best thing you can do is to connect with them directly. This will allow the payment provider to take a closer look into the error and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To learn more about this, you can check out our Third-Party Payment Providers documentation as it touches on this further.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
