Good day, my customers have been complaing about not being able to check out apparantly as they get to the last step which is put in card details an error:pe101 shows up can any one help me? I'd appreciate it alot.
Can you confirm for me what payment gateway your customers are using at the checkout? The error code will be directly related to the payment gateway currently in use. If you are using Shopify Payments please reach out to our live chat support right away for help troubleshooting this. If you are using a third party payment gateway, you will want to contact their support team directly for further help.
It's also good to double check in your admin and payment gateway account (third party) that there are no errors, messages, or other actions that need to be taken.
