Error purchase shipping labels

This is the most poor customer service I’ve ever encountered especially starting a new store! Shopify gives me an error message to purchase my shipping labels. I don’t have time to wait weeks for someone to get back to me to fix this issue! I’ve cleared the cache all the things I’ve seen on the internet to solve this problem nothing works. I’m paying for a half ass service. Please help immediately
