Estimated Delivery Date Product Page

Hi, 

Currently I am using a paid third party application to display estimated delivery date on my product page. This is done by using a HTML block and inserting HTML code. 
Looking at the following link that explains about Shopify estimated delivery time, is it possible to use the information that is displayed on check out\shipping block on the product page as well?

Don't know what your app working on in the backend to get the delivery date but Shopify needs few condition to be fulfill.
