Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi we just listed on shopify- our 3PL is Rakuten logistics, they sent orders to wrong address's on day 1- we can manually enter address's for now-
1. We are just checking if others have used Rakuten and are having any issues- or if they are operating smoothly now- this could just be a setting up issue - but if it is consistent issue we better switch now -
2. we have easy ship as an option - any feedback on them? thank you
