Experiencing BMO bank switching issues with Shopify loans, any similar experiences?

Hello,

I am in the middle of changing back account from TD to BMO and am having issues with the change. '

I have a Shopify Loan right now so I contacted the service department as required before a bank switch so they can allow me to change the bank account details. Which I have done twice now with no errors noted in shopify about the account details I entered but my deposits from Shopify are still failing.  I know Ive entered the correct details as I have tried it twice but still deposits fail and deposits from Paypal have no issues.

BMO is currently closed so I will call them tomorrow but am wondering if anyone has had similar issues here in the meantime.
