Experiencing issues with payment holdups on your ecommerce platform?

What a terrible non communicating company. At first they just switched off my Shopify payment account and now they are holding up the next payout for 90 days, without any notice. 

I hope others read this BEFORE sell with Shopify. They do what ever they want to do with YOUR MONEY and no way to reach them or have a normal talk about it. What a terrible mistake I have made using Shopify.........

Are there other Shopify users with the same experience and can you do anything about it?

Why is Shopify not helping sellers with this instead of killing their business.
