Experiencing payment processing issues on Shopify?

Hi Community,

today there was a bug in Shopify payments causing ALL of our subscription payments to be cancelled and it has still not been solved. As we are not the only sellers with this issue, we are desperatley looking for a solution for shopify payments to work sucessfully! While we contacted the support SEVERAL times, they still did not find a solution, while not ONE of our subscription payments has been processed successful since then, resulting in major monetary losses.

Did anybody experience the same bug and got a reply from Shopify? Highly apprechiate a solution and awaiting urgently a reply from the support team!
