Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello is now 11 day's i can't have payouts ...They ask me verification i send it, and that's it .
Any time i ask what happen, always respond with the script...nothing important.
Is anyone else have the same problem ??? or is just me i thing is better i move to wordpress???

Just to give you a heads up, due to security and privacy reasons our Community Forums team do not have any access to accounts or support tickets from our end. Account-specific support such as this one would require an internal team member to assist.
In saying this, I can understand that you're eager to receive the proper support that you need — can you let me know what the last reply from our support team was? For context, if there was an issue with verifying a document you submitted, typically your ticket would need to be escalated to our dedicated Shopify Payments team, as they're best equipped to handle these types of situations. Do you know if your ticket was ever escalated to a Shopify Payments team?
As mentioned, while we can't check for support tickets on our end, I'd like to bring your ticket to the attention of the most appropriate team internally, so that they can review and ensure that all proper steps have been taken for your case. Can you share one of your ticket numbers with me here please?

I speak with 4 diffrent people ....the same copy paste answers ..no solution.
And all of them the next day close the ticket ...and every time i need to say everything from the start...NO SUPPORT !!!
NO SOLUTION!!!
NO MONEY!!!
and asking the monthly fee!!!
I definitely understand your frustration. As mentioned, I won't be able to check for any support tickets myself, due to security and privacy reasons. However if you share one of your ticket numbers here with me, I can pass this on to our internal operations team, and where necessary they'll be able to review your interactions with our support team members to ensure that the most appropriate support has been given to you.
