Express Shipping option more visual for Booking in Shipments

Hi ! We are using both Shopify & Shipstation for order fulfilment. As both platforms have a lot of things going on when booking in parcels, sometimes the Requested Shipment Method (Free shipping/Express etc etc.) is forgotten to be checked before booking it all in. Hence, sometimes it gets missed that the customer has paid & requested Express Shipping. We start by printing out packingslips from Shopify orders page and then move towards Shipstation to book it in. 

Has anyone succeeded or does anyone have an idea on how to make this more visual (ie. a splash of colour wouldn't hurt but open to any ideas really !) Thanks guys 🙂
