Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have made my first sale JULY 3RD and was super excited!!! Only to find that ....I would soon be very frustrated and isolated when it came to getting a clear answer regarding my pending payments. Which are now a month old... No one can tell me anything except that my case has been escalated, give me a new agent name, a new case number and ask me to wait for the payment team to send me an email. HUmmmm how long do you think it would take to write an email if you typed one letter per day.... So I should get an answer soon today is the 6th of AUGUST. I just want to resolve this pending payment issue and get paid my clients have already gotten the product...but I have nothing to show except my monthly shopify bill and less products.

Based on experience, issues like this will take time to be resolved so, the best course of action is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team and follow up your case via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid it getting further on the queue.
