Facing error while placing order from paypal sandbox account.

I configured paypal in shopify partner account & try to place an order-- But the order can not placed it shows us an error:  "Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.". Please tell me, how would I create an order through sandbox account in shopify developer store.
