Failed payout

Our payout yesterday failed. We were told it was an issue with Shopify. They said they would try sending yesterday and if not today. Now being told it is next week. Seems totally wrong they can hold onto our money like this.

Hey @JB92 This issue is rare as an solution to this is to first verify your account details, mostly this issue occur due to wrong account details or if the issues still persist contact support and Shopify always keep trying to send the payout if it fails too.
