Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We have received 3 messages from customers saying they can't go through with their purchase due to problems with the site / checkout. Is there a way to see failed order attempts, for example when the card was delined or due to some other issue? (We are using shopify payments)

In this case, it would be best to speak with our live support about the situation. With that being said, you can get in contact with our live support by navigating to our Help Center.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistance be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
