Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear Shopify Executive,
Two days ago on May 12, 2022, I happened to see a Promotion for Portable Folding Leisure Lazy Chair on Facebook and purchased it and paid online through Google Pay. I was hesitant to purchase it. But when I saw the Shopify Link, I had no doubts about it. After Payment, the Website Screen displayed the Message that the Order is Confirmed and that I will receive a confirmation text shortly with the order number. But now after 2 days I have still not received any text or message from them. As I said, I was hesitant initially and after seeing Shopify Link and Logo I was confident that there will not be any fraud play or foul play. But now since there is no communication from the Seller, I doubt this deal.
My Question is why Shopify promotes and supports such frauds and criminals. Pls verify the identity of the Sellers on Shopify so that it does not spoil the name of your reputed Brand. Also, I want Shopify to investigate this matter and do the needful. The URL for the Seller is https://makedeal-4.myshopify.com/products/portable-folding-leisure-lazy-chair-1?fbclid=IwAR1spgngxX1.... Since, the Seller is your Customer, you may at least try to investigate the issue and help me get the Product or Payment.

I'm sorry to hear that but be aware that shopify never promotes fraudulent acts. The store link you provide says not available.
The reason why you could not get your order yet might be because the plan the store owner purchased for running the store might have expired.
Hello, I'm having a similar issue but the other way around. I contacted Shopify Help Chat line and was told there may be some technical difficulties with social media shops connections (Facebook/ Instagram) and they will have their Technical Support Team investigate to find out what's going on and resolve the matter.
p.s I really don't want to take my shops down or believe that I'm being scammed by fake customers claiming to want refunds on orders I know nothing about.
I had a great experience my 1st. couple of weeks on the platforms and then the trouble came.
I suggest you reach out to Shopify Help from your official website for the information your seeking.

I request the Sopify to check the seller details before they can use your platform and cheat others .I had the similar experience with one Ankit Lagarabhai Baldaniya, whom I paid because the link was from shopify. I paid through PAY U , Now there is no trace of that person. Pay U only confirmed the transaction but couldn't provide any further assistance.
