Farewell Shopify - A Frustrating Farewell: Payment gateway for Pakistani citizen selling in USA

Dear Shopify Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to bid farewell to the Shopify platform. My journey here has been one filled with hope and ambition, but unfortunately, it has reached an untimely end due to a critical roadblock I couldn't overcome - the lack of a suitable payment gateway solution.

Despite investing considerable time and effort, I found myself unable to locate a payment gateway that aligns with my business needs. Specifically, my requirement was simple yet seemingly elusive: a gateway capable of seamlessly charging my customers based on their purchases and facilitating direct transfers to my Pakistani bank account. Regrettably, this proved to be an insurmountable challenge.

The absence of such a fundamental feature has left me no choice but to part ways with Shopify. As a dedicated entrepreneur, the frustration of not being able to find a solution that enables the smooth flow of transactions and funds into my account has been disheartening.

I write this message not out of spite but as a means of bringing attention to an issue that may affect others in the community. The success of an e-commerce platform is intricately tied to the success of its users, and the inability to find a suitable payment gateway should not be a stumbling block for any entrepreneur.

I appreciate the support and opportunities that Shopify has provided me during my time here. However, the lack of a solution for my specific needs has led me to explore other avenues that better cater to the requirements of my business.
