FBA Amazon integration not working - using ByteStand app

Hi community!

We are building a Shopify store for USA only (skillmatics-world.myshopify.com) where we want to fulfill products via Amazon FBA. We have been selling on amazon.com and have a seller central account since years now. We have done the following steps:

1. Installed and integrated the 'FBA Shipping by ByteStand' app [we couldn't find a direct way in Shopify and had to use an App]
2. Connected our Amazon US seller central account to FBA ByteStand app
3. Ensured all product SKUs on Shopify match the SKUs on Amazon seller central
4. Selected all inventory 'managed by FBA'
5. Selected 'General shipping rates' for all products and set Shipping from = 'FBA Shipping'

However, while testing we tried placing an order but on the checkout page when clicking on 'Countries' we're not getting any dropdown and hence unable to place an order. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
