Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

We are a retail brick and mortar that also sells online. We often will fulfil our orders for shipping clients on dates when our shipping courier does not pick up yet. So the client gets an automatic message that it is fulfilled and a tracking link. When they go to that tracking link it states that the shipper doesn't have a record of it. Which makes sense if it's on a weekend when our shipping courier does not pick up. To help reduce client frustration and extra hours spent trying to soothe frustrated clients, it would be ideal if we could have added an option of WHEN we want to send that email notification along with the tracking information. This would give our courier time to pick it up and have it scanned into their system before the client gets the notification. Thanks.
