fee recharging problem

When i submit my fee of my store so there is an problem in taking this for something else so i shopify says we cannot reactive your account so whati have to do do help me i'm getting confused in this i was gonna submit this but i couldn't this so sorry for it 
so how can i chae=rge to shopify this so how can i back this

In this case, if you are attempting to pay your Shopify bill on your online store and you are receiving an error - we will need you to reach out to our Support by trying to successfully login using the Contact Us page.

 

Once you successfully login or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
