Our team here on the forums can help with general support questions, but we don't have access to your account and therefore can't offer account-specific technical support.
If you've forgotten your old bank account information and need to update them, then our accounts team has a process in place to help you with that. If you have created a support request but had no update for a few weeks I would recommend checking in with our support here and asking for an update on your ticket.
Once it has been updated it takes a few days for those changes to take effect. This is because Payouts are created 1-2 days in advance of them appearing in your admin, and they are created to be sent to the details on the account at that time.
