Fraud transaction from shopify

Hello,

I have 4 unauthorized ACH transactions on my business bank account from shopify. I do not even have a shopify account and have not made single transaction in my life. I contacted my bank and bank told me to contact shopify for this matter. I tried to figure out where to contact but have no clue. 

Can anybody please help me?
