I had ordered for the first time through shopify and already unhappy. I was directed to the shop from a tiktok account for PixelBlock Led car sign and I've been keeping an eye on it for a while now and decided I had a few extra bucks to spare so I bought one. Shortly after buying one I got my confirmation and all so I thought I was in the clear. Coming up to 3 weeks and I have no response or additional info on the order and so I go to the email and view my order to find that the online shop no longer exists. Now I'm on the hook for the remainder of the payments through affirm because I can't verify that the shop doesn't exist without any conversations with the shop or pictures before and after of the shop I purchased from. Honestly at a loss right now and not sure what to do

Hello, @MuffinSin.

I am sorry to hear you have had this experience -Shopify is an ecommerce software some merchants use to build stores for their own businesses. We don't handle the shipping or orders for these independent businesses here at Shopify ourselves. I do understand however, that this is disappointing for you.

If at least 30 days have passed and you have neither received the item, nor had a reply from the merchant, then I would advise reaching out to your bank for their advice on next steps to take. They can help you with recovering funds. If you feel concerned this store may present a threat of fraud, you can use our "Report a merchant" function here

I trust this helps, thank you!
